The first time I heard a CEO describe me as a change agent, I didn't understand it was a compliment. I was listing all the strategy, training, systems, leadership, and measurable results accomplished to myself and thought "is that all he thinks I am, a change agent?"

After leading talent acquisition and employee development teams at some of the best companies in the world through hyper growth, market alignment, IPOs, and amazing exits, I realized that CEO was right. Driving change to meet goals is what I'm good at.
